Last Sunday in October at the Business Incubator of Tomsk State Pedagogical University was marked by a visit from kids of House of children's creativity "The White Lake."  

Residents of TSPU Business incubator have prepared a rich and interesting program for students who came to the event. The event began with an introduction to the structure of the activities, speakers shared the basic information about the projects implemented in the incubator, as well as introduced the processes of implementation of the projects.

After the introductory session, the guests participated in an interesting interactive, in which they joined enthusiastically. Business game "Snowflakes" helped the participants to immerse themselves in the market economy model, to get a working knowledge of the basic elements of the market, through the interaction of buyers and sellers, to work as team under condition of competition and limited resources.

The children learned the most important rule of the market: the target audience -  is the main element of any business, and the competitiveness of the ideas implemented depend on attention you pay to the target audience. Residents Business Incubator are always happy to work with active children and open to cooperation.

What can you create in the absence of light? The residents of Business Incubator of Tomsk State Pedagogical University helped tried to answer this question during the "dark art" event, which took place on the basis of the university.

Blindfolded, without the ability to look at what they are doing, enthusiasts engaged in drawing and modeling. This activity develops a sense of empathy, and makes us think that the world without colors exists too.

During the coffee break, the participants exchanged their experience and thoughts. People feel helpless in the first minutes, when they did not use eyesight, but then begin perceive sounds, smells and objects that they have in their hands.

During joint discussions, participants concluded that life is hard for people disabled people in the modern world, and how important it is to engage in activities of Blackvist project - the removal of barriers in communication between the sighted and people with sight problems.

Municipal stage of the regional children's sports TV project "Be Ready" is completed. The project is conducted by State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company "Tomsk", with the support of the regional administration. The regional stage level is ahaed and it will be attended by 6 strongest teams in the Tomsk region, who showed the best results. According to the draw, in representatives of Zyryansky, Kargasoksky and Asino areas will compete in the first semi-final and citizens of Teguldetsky, Kolpashevo and Tomsk regions – in the second semifinal. And the day before in TSPU sports complex a dress rehearsal for the TV project was held. According to the tradition the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport tried to cope with the tasks of the relay.

The relay, that seemed easy at the first glance, gave students of physical culture and sport faculty TSPU some rough time. For example, "running in the pants" requires participants not only to move fast – agility and collaboration with a partner plays a huge role.

In total, 11 tasks were prepared for the participants of the semi-finals. This year –all is a little more complicated. Extreme version of leapfrog,passing the ball, running with the ball in sumo costumes. During the two years  n assistant professor of sports disciplines of Tomsk State Pedagogical University Inessa Zolotavina invents and modernizes tasks for relay.

6 strongest teams of the Tomsk region will compete at the regional stage of the regional children's sports TV project "Be Ready". The first semifinal will start in mid-November. According to the draw, teams from Zyryansky, Kargasoksky and Asino areas will compete first. Then participants of the second semi-final will come to Tomsk: these are teams from Teguldetsky, Kolpashevo and Tomsk regions. And only three of the six teams will be fight in final stage for the Gold Cup.

According to the existing tradition, the employees of the Tomsk state pedagogical university have organized Siberian Days at Russian center of Wroclaw university 24-26 of October. Our colleagues have shown presentations «Siberia – crossroad of destinies», «Myths about Siberia», «Tomsk and Tomsk universities», «National dress of Siberian people». Associate professor of Tomsk state pedagogical university Artem Kollegov read a lecture on stereotypes and autostereotypes ended with discussion during which the polish youth talked about stereotypes spread in Poland. TPSU postgraduate student  Marina Metlyaeva has organized workshop dedicated to Siberian folklore. Participants had an opportunity not only to hear old Russian songs, but also to participate in round dances, games, to sing Russian songs from Siberian past. Women had an opportunity to try on a traditional Siberian female dress

Conference of robotics teachers’ union took place at Tomsk state pedagogical university. Issues important for teachers were discussed: preparation and regulations of Tomsk region Governor’s cup competition, autumn change of extension courses and problems of educational robotics. A new interesting method for teachers was suggested – robotics competition. 

Students of the faculty of technology and entrepreneurship have participated in student contest «Economics of hydrocarbonic and mineral raw materials», that was organized by Tomsk polytechnic university on 17-21 of October 2016. Theoretical questions of the contest included three groups of geological and economic disciplines: economics of oil and gas and mineral and raw materials sector; economics of nature management, logistics in oil and gas and mineral and raw sector.

Practical tasks included economical analysis and estimation of logistic processes of oil and gas and mineral and raw materials enterprises.

TSPU students Maria Leonova, Daria Tarkova and Alena Ivanova took second place. Rector of TPU has congratulated our students with remarkable results and wished them further success in study and academic activities.

Employees of TSPU acceptance board have participated in student vacancy fair in Anzhero-Sudzhensk for 11th grade school students. The secretary of TSPU acceptance board has showed presentation answered the questions of school-leavers from Kemerovo region. 

Region autumn math school with the participation of professor Andrei Raygorodsky will take place at the Tomsk state pedagogical university on 1-6 of November. The goal of the event is to prepare school students to the Unified state examination in math, but do this not in the usual way but in the format of open lectures and task analysis.

On the first of November there will be a grand opening of math school hosted by director of center for additional physico-mathematical education Michael Alexandrovich Chervonny. Analysis of tasks with parameters, bank tasks of examination and geometry tasks will be held between 1 and 5 of November. Lectures will be conducted by associate professor of general math department of TSU Yuri Koshelsky, associate professor of math development department of TSPU Alexander Arbit, associate professor of math science department of mechanic and mathematical and physical and mathematical department of Novosibirsk state university Alexander Kargapolov.

On 6 of November Andrei Raygorodski will give a talk «Simple about complicated: systems of general conceptions and their applications». After that there will be a closing ceremony of school and awarding with certificates. Also on the same day the professor will organize lecture for teaching staff, students and postgraduate students «Rising school students’ motivation by solving elegant mathematical tasks».

Andrei Raygorodski is a Russian mathematical, author of more than 100 scientific articles, prize-winner of President award 2011 for young scientists, professor of MSU and head of discrete mathematics department. Since 2007 he is working for «Yandex», at the moment he is heading the department if theoretical and applied research. Andrei Raygorodski read lectures at Independent Moscow University, at Yandex school of data analysis as well as at foreign Universities. He also teaching math at school № 179 of Moscow institution of open education.

The first lesson of Math school will begin on the first if November at 10:15 in 311 room of the first TSPU building (75 Komsomolsky prospect). Study plan: 4 hours per day. Lessons are paid: for students 20 hours/1000 rubles; for teachers 54 hours/2000 rubles. In order to pay for lessons you should have your passport and passport data of one of your parents on the first day of the lessons. 10 grade school students are advised to study theoretical material on «logarithms».

Tomsk state pedagogical university invites to participate in X International scientific and methodological conference «Teaching natural sciences (biology, physics, chemistry), math and informatics in university and school». The event will take place on 1 November at the first building of TSPU (75 Komsomolsky prospect).

Faculty of technology and entrepreneurship of TSPU invites to exhibition-contest «Siberian folk crafts» which takes place on 22-23 November within the scope of VI International theoretical and practical conference “Professional education. Problems and achievements.”

The main objective of the event is to draw attention to decorative and applied arts and folk crafts of Siberia in sphere of modern artistic and technological education and craft and enterprising activities. You can find details regarding the contest as well as application form in the regulation.
