PRESIDENT OF RUSSIA AWARDED HONORARY TITLE TO TSPU TEACHER

Vladimir Putin awarded the title of Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the Russian Federation to Anna Milovanova, senior teacher of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports Disciplines of the Tomsk State Pedagogical University.

Anna Vasilievna has been working in the field of physical culture and sports for almost half a century, of which she has been raising athletes in the Tomsk children's and youth sports school №1 for almost 20 years. Now she is a coach of the Tomsk Regional Athletics Federation "Distance" and teaches at the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports of the TSPU.

During her work as a coach, Anna Vasilievna has trained more than 200 athletes. Among her pupils are six masters and 28 candidates for master of sports, winners and prize-winners of various competitions.

Anna Milovanova successfully combines coaching and teaching activities with refereeing, regularly participating in regional and all-Russian competitions as the chief referee and secretary. Anna Vasilievna has prepared and published more than 20 scientific articles, including the methodological work "Long-term training of a sprinter".
