GOOD DEEDS OF THE «POINT OF VIEW» Squad of TSPU
Many employees and pupils of the children's organizations of our city know the volunteers of the “Point of View” squad of the TSPU: our activists are frequent guests in kindergartens, schools and specialized institutions.
Students brought a creative workshop “Gifts of Autumn” to the “Boarding school for students with visual impairments” in order to develop children's creative abilities, creative thinking, self-organization skills and motor skills. Kids created crafts from pumpkin seeds, and showed their individuality by adding their own elements to the craftwork.
“We helped children when necessary, actively shared our experience with them, got acquainted and just had a good time, - said the leader of the squad Zarina Umerova. - The students at the boarding school liked this workshop: the children were interested in each other’s crafts, took pictures, organized an exhibition and thanked us for a great time.”
The second important event of the week was a visit to the Charity Fund named after Alena Petrova and the volunteers of TSPU have been fruitfully cooperating with it for a long time in the framework of various actions and projects.
“This time we were able to work with children aged 4-6 years, - Zarina said. - We made crafts from natural material, in particular from fallen leaves. We did everything together - this is very important, since interaction with volunteers helps in developing social and communication skills in children. ”
In a creative lesson, the pupils of the foundation learned to make compositions, combine colors and materials in the manufacture of crafts. The children proudly demonstrated finished products to parents and teachers, expressed hope for a new meeting with volunteers of the “Point of View” squad of TSPU.
